3.Product Features of Three-system Shell and Tube Condenser

Our condensers are suitable for R22, R134a, R407c, etc. The suitable refrigerant carriers are treated tap water, well water, river water, sea water, salt water solution, glycol aqueous solution and other industrial process low temperature refrigerant carriers, and the size and type of heat exchanger tubes are different according to the different working conditions and different working qualities. The tubes are mainly made of copper, aluminium brass, copper-nickel alloy, etc.

1). Heat exchanger tube form

(1)φ9.52mm male threaded purple copper tube, mainly used for U-tube dry condensers.

(2)φ12.7mm, φ15.88mm male threaded purple copper tube for straight tube dry condenser.

(3)φ19mm full liquid condenser tube for full liquid condenser.

2). Housing material

(1)20# seamless steel pipe (internal spraying of epoxy-type anti-corrosion coating and anti-seawater corrosion coating).
