The pillow block Bearing is actually a variant of the deep groove ball bearing, characterized by its outer ring outer diameter surface being spherical, which can be matched into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to play a centering role. Pillow block Bearing are mainly used to withstand radial and axial combined loads, mainly radial loads, and are generally not suitable for bearing axial loads alone.

An appropriate amount of lubricant does not need to be cleaned or added before installation. When tightening the top screw on the protruding end of the bearing inner ring on the shaft, the allowable axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load. The performance of the outer spherical ball bearing with eccentric sleeve is basically the same as that of the outer spherical bearing with top screw, except that the top screw is not on the inner ring, but on the eccentric sleeve. The inner hole of the tapered hole outer spherical ball bearing is a tapered hole with a 1:12 taper, which can be directly installed on the tapered shaft or installed on the shoulder less optical shaft with the help of a locking sleeve, and the bearing clearance can be fine tuned.
