AIR SHOWER is also known as air shower, clean air shower, purification air shower, air shower, blowing shower, air shower door, shower dust room, blowing shower, air shower channel, air blowing shower room.

The air shower is a necessary channel to enter the clean room, which can reduce the pollution problems caused by entering and leaving the clean room.
The air shower is a kind of local purification equipment with strong versatility, which is installed between the clean room and the non-clean room. When people and goods want to enter the clean area, they need to be blown through the air shower, and the clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, and can effectively block or reduce the dust source entering the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower/cargo shower are electronically interlocked, and can also act as airlocks to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area.
Are air showers effective?
Results from surface particle tests show that air showers are effective at removal of particulate on soiled/used garments. Average particle reduction was between 56 percent (polyester) to 62 percent (Gortex) effective in the removal of contamination of 0.3 microns and larger.
What are air showers used for?
Air showers are specialized enclosed antechambers which are incorporated as entryways of cleanrooms and other controlled environments to reduce particle contamination. Air showers utilize high-pressure, HEPA- or ULPA-filtered air to remove dust, fibrous lint and other contaminants from personnel or object surfaces .

Is air shower real?
Air showers are self-contained air recirculation systems installed at the entrance to cleanrooms and other controlled environments to reduce cleanroom contamination when workers enter clean production spaces. They operate similar to the high pressure wash systems found in automatic car washes.
