Oil pump motor An improved specific motor that drives an oil pump. The oil pump motor includes the motor body, front end cover, and output transmission shaft. A stepped hole is opened on the front end cover, and the output transmission is retracted into the front end cover, forming a hollow shaft. The hole diameter of the shaft hole matches the outer diameter of the input transmission shaft of the oil pump, and there is a key groove at the shaft head of the output transmission shaft. The oil pump is divided into high pressure and low pressure: that is, the high-pressure plunger oil pump relies on the camshaft in the pump to drive the plunger to move up and down in the plunger sleeve, generating high-pressure oil to supply the fuel injector.
oil pump motor pole shoe is a unique structure of electromagnet, permanent magnet and motor magnetic pole, which is generally processed by stamping technology. However, after stamping, there will be residual flash around the pole shoe, which needs to be removed. In order to avoid that it is difficult for operators to take out the workpiece manually and speed up production efficiency.
