How to correctly operate the air shower blowing and showering workflow can protect the equipment of the air shower. The main work flow of the air shower room is as follows:
1. Enter the door (go from outside the air shower to the air shower) - enter the clean room from the non-clean room:
Open the outer door----put the electric lock on the inner door------enter the air shower room------- close the outer door (the voice prompts you to stand in the induction area) The inner and outer doors are self-locking-----Infrared induction shower starts (voice prompts the process of blowing)------Finishes blowing (voice prompts) ----Enter the clean room (the inner door is automatically unlocked)
2. Open the outer door, the inner door is powered on and self-locking, the lighting in the air shower room is on, the work indicator is on, people walk into the air shower room, and the outer door is closed. Voice prompt: "Hello, please stand in the induction area". The outside line intelligent system begins to detect whether someone is in the air shower. If someone is detected, the system will switch to the air shower process.
3. The indoor and outdoor doors of the air shower are interlocked, the fan starts to start the air shower, and the air shower delay starts to count down I5S (set value). Voice prompt: "Working, please turn your body 360 degrees", after the air shower is over, start the delay. After the delay expires, the indoor door of the air shower is automatically unlocked. Voice prompt: "After showering, please exit from the back door", people enter the clean room after exiting the inner door, and the inner door is closed. The system returns to the initial state and waits for the next use. (Note: If you want to return to the non-clean room after the delay, please press the "emergency stop" button. Unlock the inner and outer doors to return to the non-clean room.)
4. If the system detects that there is no one in the air shower within 10 seconds, the system returns to the standby state (infrared automatic detection system). In the standby state, if the system detects a human body, the air shower room starts to air shower. But after more than 10 seconds in the standby state, the system returns to the initial state.
5. If someone is in the air shower, but not in the system sensing area, the system will transfer to 2. When the system detects someone, the system will switch to the air shower process.
6. When the system is working and someone touches the key switch. Voice prompt: "Working, please don't touch the switch casually".
7. After the whole blowing process is completed in the air shower, the indoor and outdoor doors of the air shower are automatically unlocked. At this time, you can enter or exit the air shower. If someone in the air shower area does not leave the air shower within 5 seconds, the system will automatically return to the initial state.
8. Going out (inside out) - from clean room to non-clean room:
Open the inner door---------The outer door is powered on and self-locking-------enter the air shower room---------Close the inner door---------Inner and outer doors Unlock ---- enter the non-clean room ---------- return to the clean room
9. Open the inner door, and the outer door will self-lock when powered on. The air shower lights are on. The work indicator light is on, people walk into the air shower, close the inner door, and unlock the inner and outer doors. The system starts to detect if anyone is in the air shower.
10. If someone is detected: you can choose the inner door to go out: open the inner door, the outer door is powered on and self-lock, and then close the inner door, the system returns to the initial state or chooses the outer door to go out. Open the outer door, power on the inner door and self-lock, and then close the outer door. The system returns to the initial state.
11. If no one is detected: someone opens the outer door at this time, and the system goes to door entry process 2.
12. If someone is in the air shower, but not in the system sensing area, the system will transfer to 2. When the system detects someone, the system goes to 3.
13. During the process of going out, if the system detects that someone has entered the air shower, after the outer door is unlocked, if the person inside does not leave the air shower within 5 seconds, the system will automatically return to the initial state.
