Second: the quality and function of the container box structure steel should be consistent with the current national standard “weathering structural steel” GB/T 4171 in the welding of weathering steel related provisions.
Third: container housing structure in the non-box components (frame, beam) should be used in line with the current national scale “carbon structural steel” GB/T 700 or “low alloy high-strength structural steel” GB/T 1591 Q235B grade steel or Q345A, B grade steel.
Fourth: the container box structure of thin-walled steel function to beg down the strength of the design value should be consistent with the current national standard “cold-formed thin-walled steel structure technical specifications” GB 50018 delimitation; non-box component steel function to beg down the strength of the design value and ordinary bolts, high-strength bolts, bolts and welding rods and other connecting materials function to beg down the strength of the design value should be in line with the current national standard “steel structure design specification” GB 50017 delimitation. GB 50017.
Fifth: container corner should have good welding function, its material and function should be consistent with the current national standard “series 1 container corner” GB/T 1835 delimitation. Its tensile, compressive and flexural strength design value can be taken as 180N/mm2; shear strength design value can be taken as 105N/mm2.
