Firstly, the electric control circuit is used to start the disc conveyor motor. The disc supports the spindle mold and rotates. During the rotation process, signals are sent to the PLC through different proximity switches at different stages. The PLC sends instructions to pour out the lead water spindle mold and shape it. The disc rotates to the plate taking frame, and the proximity switch sends a signal to the PLC.

The PLC sends instructions to the plate catching hook to automatically pick up the ingot and then transmit it to the conveyor belt. This plate catching hook has three hooks, and during one cycle of the disc rotation, The lead ingots are automatically picked up and transported to the conveyor belt in time and sections, forming an automatic flow process. The completion of this process mainly relies on the proximity switch providing different signals and the PLC setting different commands.

1. Main use: This equipment is matched with a lead melting furnace, and the molten lead is pumped into a lead ingot quantitative pouring container through a lead pump. The lead water is then quantitatively poured into the mold, cooled by the mold, and turned into a standard lead resistance plate. Then, it is transported to the plate conveyor through an automatic plate pulling and flat plate device.
