Coarse lead disc ingot casting machine

The lead disc ingot casting machine is the core equipment of the coarse lead production ingot casting system. This equipment is used to transport the molten lead from the blast furnace along the chute and inject the open circuit coarse lead liquid into the ingot mold. After cooling, it is lifted away by a crane and circulated in sequence.

Our company produces two types of disc casting machines: 12 mold and 16 mold, with a disc diameter of 6700mm. It can also be customized according to customer requirements.
