3. Product structure and working principles of the instrument of Drilling Fluid On-line Tester Model
lt is composed of measuring instrument, electrodes, power lead. sample cup and cup lid.

The instrument adopts the advanced technology of frequency conversion. It alters theAC220V土5%, 50Hz to AC220V, 340Hz. The voltage output of 0~2000V, 340Hz can be realized by virtue of regulating using the 340Hz voltage regulator and increasing voltage using the transformer of intermediate frequency. 5. Operations of the Instrument of Drilling Fluid On-line Tester Model
(1) Inspect whether the voltage is correct and whether power supply is ground protected.
(2) Pour the sample tested into sample cup.
(3) Heat up the sample to the desired temperature and agitate the sample.
(4) Insert the electrode into cup lid and make the electrode immersed in the sample. Maintain the electrode does not contact the wall and bottom of the cup.
(5)Turn on the main switch. At this time,the indicating light of power supply lights,the digital display meter shows “0" and the frequency meter shows the datum of “340.0"”".
(6) Press the"RUN” key of frequency meter. At this time, the data of frequency meter rises from 0 to 340.0.
(7) Turn around the increment knob along the direction of hour hand slowly and uniformly.From this time, the values shown on the digital display meter will increase gradually until alarm is working. The datum shown on the digital display meter at this time is the value of electrical stability of the sample.
(8) Write down this value and reset the increment knob simultaneously. The reset time ≤ 5s. Prevent the transformer of high voltage is burnt out due to short-circuit current.
(9) After the tests are completed, press the key of "STOP" on the frequency meter.The displayed “340.0”" will stop altering about three seconds later. At this time, turn off the main switch and then take off the plug of power supply.
(10) Take off the electrode, and then wash and dry disposal for the use next time.
