1. Product Introduction of Iron ore smelting blast furnace

 

The furnace body of Iron ore smelting blast furnace is a "self-supporting" structure. The load of the platform on the top of the furnace is transmitted to the foundation through the furnace shell. The furnace body is equipped with a multi-layer operation platform, and the upper and lower ladder are divided into two paths, which are connected with each layer of platform respectively.

3. Product Feature And Application of Iron ore smelting blast furnace

 

3.1 Main raw materials

 

Concentrate is the basis of intensified smelting, stable and high yield of blast furnace, and the guarantee of good economic benefits. The results show that the basicity of sinter is 1.6-1.8, the particle size of sinter is 5-50 mm, the particle size of < 5 mm powder is not less than 5%, the particle size of > 50 mm is less than 10%, and the temperature is less than 100 ℃. The clinker rate of 145m3 blast furnace is about 95 ~ 100%, and the annual consumption of sinter and raw lump ore is more than 400000 tons. High basicity sinter accounts for 90~95% and acid raw ore accounts for 5 ~ 10%. A little lump ore is added as a regulator.

 

3.2 Performance of main raw materials and fuels

 

The raw materials used in blast furnace are sinter, raw lump ore, lump ore, limestone, quartzite and coke. The sinter and raw lump ore used in blast furnace are produced in China Canada. The lump ore is imported. The comprehensive feed grade of sinter, raw lump ore and lump ore is 70%. The fuel for blast furnace is coke produced by coking plant.

5. Product Qualification of Iron ore smelting blast furnace

 

In order to achieve the goal of "high yield, high quality, low consumption and long life" of blast furnace, the process design mainly focuses on the direction of "fine, flexible, high, accurate, long and clean". That is to say, the powder content of raw material is less than 5%, and the weight error of raw material is less than 1%; the distribution of charging equipment on the top of furnace is flexible; the pressure of furnace top is higher; the level of air temperature is higher; accurate measurement and necessary detection means; long furnace life and stable hot blast furnace structure ensure the high furnace life of more than 6 years; comprehensive treatment of "three wastes" and cleaner environmental conditions. In order to meet the above requirements, the main technical measures adopted and the main process equipment selected are: the sinter, raw ore and coke are all screened into the furnace, and the double bell top rotary auger or Xie type furnace top is adopted.
